Material Schedules and Bills
Generate material schedules, bills of materials (BOM), and quantity takeoffs for panels including concrete, rebar, embeds, and hardware.
Functional Purpose¶
Schedule/Bill Generation - Automatically generates material schedules and quantity takeoffs from panel configurations for purchasing, estimating, and fabrication planning.
Key Functions:
Concrete quantities (volume, weight by panel/project)
Rebar schedules (bar marks, sizes, quantities, lengths)
Embed schedules (plates, inserts, hardware)
Hardware lists (bolts, anchors, accessories)
Cost estimates (material costs)
Purchase orders (formatted for ordering)
Typical Workflow¶
1. User selects panels (single or multiple)
2. User opens sb_dlg (Reports ? Schedule/BOM)
3. User selects schedule type: Rebar
4. System calculates:
• Total linear feet of each bar size
• Number of bars of each type
• Bent shapes vs straight
5. Rebar schedule generated:
