Engineering Calculations (Deprecated in v7.0)

Note: Engineering calculation modules were completely removed in v7.0 compared to v3.60.

v3.60 Modules (Removed)

The following v3.60 engineering calculation modules do not exist in v7.0:

  • CENTGRAV - Center of gravity calculations

  • FEATURE - Feature-specific calculations

  • POINTS - Point calculations

  • THICK - Thickness calculations

v7.0 Approach

Engineering calculations were completely removed in v7.0. Instead:

  • No embedded calculations - Users must perform calculations externally

  • Simplified logic - v7.0 focused on drawing and data management, not engineering

  • Manual calculation workflow - Engineering analysis decoupled from drafting tool
