Manage your billing¶
The Billing page — your membership status, token balance, workstations, and complete activity ledger.
The Billing page in cv-web is where you check what your account has and where it went: your
membership status, your token balance, every grant and spend in one ledger, and the CAD
workstations signed in under your account. Sign in and open it from the user menu → Billing
history, or go to it directly at simplestruct.com under /billing.
For what the plans cost and exactly what spends a token — in cv-web and in the CAD plugin — see Membership & Tokens. This guide covers the page itself.
Note
The Billing page labels your token balance “Panel credits” — credits and tokens are the same balance. Buy more credits on this page opens the same Pricing page that sells token packs.
The membership summary¶
The top of the page shows your membership at a glance:
A status badge — Trial, Active, Payment past due, Canceled — access ends soon, Expired, or No membership.
Your plan, when you have one — Monthly · $750/mo, Annual · $6,000/yr, TCA Monthly · $500/mo or TCA Annual · $4,000/yr. A membership started before October 15, 2026 may still show Monthly · $500/mo or Annual · $4,800/yr.
A date line matched to the status — days left on a trial, “Renews <date>” for an active plan, “Access ends <date>” after you cancel, or “Last attempt failed — renewal due <date>” when a payment did not go through.
Panel credits — your organization’s current token balance. Tokens are pooled across your whole team — everyone who signed up with your company’s email domain sees and spends from this same balance (see Working as a team).
If a number looks stale (for example, right after a purchase), click Refresh.
If your membership lapses¶
A canceled membership reads Canceled — access ends soon until the end of the period you already paid for, then flips to Expired. What that means for your account — editor access, AI features, and what happens to your tokens and licensed drawings (nothing; they are yours) — is covered in Membership & Tokens.
Payment past due means the last renewal charge failed. Open the customer portal (below) and update your payment method.
Buy, upgrade, or cancel¶
Buy more credits takes you to the Pricing page, where you can start a monthly or annual membership or buy a one-time token pack. If you are not signed in there, you’ll be asked to sign in first; checkout itself happens on Stripe, and you are returned to cv-web when it completes.
Manage subscription opens the Stripe customer portal — it appears once you have a paid plan. The portal is where you change or cancel your plan, update your card, and see your payment history. If you click it before ever buying a plan, the page simply tells you there is nothing to manage yet.
Invoices and receipts¶
Invoices and receipts live in the Stripe customer portal, not on the Billing page: click Manage subscription and open the invoice history there. Any sales tax or VAT for your billing location is calculated by Stripe at checkout and itemized on the receipt.
The activity ledger¶
The History section is a complete, chronological record of your token balance — newest first, with a running Balance column so you can see how each row changed the total. Because the balance is your organization’s, so is the history: grants and spends by your teammates appear here alongside your own, all moving the same running balance. Each row is one of:
Activity |
What it is |
|---|---|
Trial credits |
The 10 tokens granted when your organization’s first account was created |
Monthly credits |
The monthly drip included with an active membership |
Bundle of 10 / Bundle of 100 |
A one-time token pack purchase |
Panel print / export |
A spend — one deliverable produced |
Refund |
Tokens returned to your balance |
Adjustment |
A manual correction by SimpleStruct |
Spends show as negative numbers, grants as positive. A brand-new account shows an empty ledger until it is provisioned, at which point the trial credits appear as the first row. If a spend looks wrong, note its date and the Note column and contact SimpleStruct — refunds appear in the same ledger.
Privacy¶
At the bottom of the page is a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” toggle. ConstructiVision does not sell personal information; the control exists as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act and records your preference against your account.
