Sub-processors¶
Effective date: 2026-06-23 · Version: 1
This page lists the third-party sub-processors SimpleStruct uses to provide ConstructiVision. A sub-processor is a company that processes personal data on our behalf. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement that limits them to processing data only on our instructions and to standards consistent with our Privacy Policy.

How we handle changes¶
We will update this page before adding a new sub-processor or materially changing how an existing one is used. Customers with a signed Data Processing Agreement may request advance notice of sub-processor changes under the terms of that agreement.
International transfers¶
Some sub-processors operate in the United States. Where personal data leaves your region, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards to protect it. Sentry is configured for EU data residency so that error telemetry for EU data subjects is processed within the European Union.
